Wear
Avoid wearing your bra more than twice between each wash. The elastic needs to regain its shape after being worn a few times. Have a minimum of 3 basic supports. One to wear, one to wash and another ready to wear.
Wash
Wash your lingerie by hand using a soap specially designed for lingerie. Ordinary detergents, bleaches and even delicate soaps can damage the elastic and lace. Always dry the garment in dry air. Never twist the garment to bring out the excess water. If you absolutely have to machine wash, always tie the hooks behind to prevent them from catching and place the garment inside a specially designed bag as with the colors. Remember that machine washing and drying can destroy fiber and elasticity. Rinse the garment with cold water helps restore elasticity.
Put away
Bend gently and squeeze in a drawer previously covered with fabric to avoid snags.
Traveling
Use a travel bag for lingerie to keep all the clothes together and avoid crushing them in your suitcase. Travel with a small container of mild detergent.
